Banned Jihadi/Militant org allowed to hold public jalsa in Karachi

Jamat-ud-dawa the banned jihadi/militant org is holding a public jalsa today near Mazar Quaid. It is very interesting that the state apparatus is actually facilitating such an organization. Jamat ud dawa which is accused of being a cover for LeT and itself works under the cover of Falah-i-Insaniat for humanitarian work not only freely promoted their campaign recently in Karachi but there seems to be no questions in media on this. Whole KHI seemed to be at the helm of JuD for wall chalking and hate-filled Texts. All this however doesn’t send a +ve signal to the world which accuses PAK of giving state protection to groups or org involved in militant or terrorist activities. Below is one of the promotions near Ayesha Manzil. I wonder how come it was allowed ?

    – What was MQM doing at wedding of Dr. Arif Alvi’s daughter in
Karachi and how his son Dr. Awab Alvi would justify this latest
move when he has been actively writing against MQM on KMB & his
personal blog since several years? – Politics – longest short cut
to be-known & rich without accountability

Jamat-ud-Dawa is no more a banned organisation, because honorable
courts of Pakistan took back all restriction upon them and allowed
them to keep continue their activities independently. So, i think
Blogger has no much knowledge and very loose grip on political
issues. In my opining blogger should go back to learn ethics of
    journalism.

Hey guys! long time no see. The news is not MQM, the news is that
    PTI Vice president officially attended:
    http://blogs.tribune.com.pk/story/10272/the-fundofication-of-pti/
    http://pakistanblogzine.wordpress.com/2012/02/12/pti-vice-president-ejaz-chaudhry-attends-difa-e-pakistan-rally-in-karachi-along-with-sectarian-terrorists/
Also, after Mush, the illustrious Supreme court set about the task
of freeing well known and even self confessed terrorists like Ishaq
jhannvi of LEJ. Yes, @Farukkh is right, as per the latest ruling
all these crackpot orgs are no longer banned. The great and grand
fundo alliance sponsored by Hameed Gul is coming to the fore.
Sadly, PTI is nothing but a front for various terrorists orgs and
after the self destruction of PPP, like it or not MQM will be the
last refuge of so called liberals and vrious other kafirs,
including shia’s. BTW Punjab is already enveloped. QED
