Online Condolence Book for Benazir Bhutto

It is without doubt that an entire nation actually sheds a tear on the death of Benazir Bhutto, she was a hero to many, and rival to others, but the bottom line is that she was a brave leader of our nation and her struggles for democracy will not go unremembered. May Her Soul Rest in Peace.
In an attempt to provide the online community and opportunity to offer their condolences to the grieving family and literally thousands of Peoples Party supporters. I would like to initiate this condolence book for Benazir Bhutto. I will make it my own responsibility to present the entire list to the offices of the Pakistan Peoples Party to be attached with the main condolence book.

Evidently the condolences site is being overwhelmed, so I will put my thoughts here.
This is truely a sad day for the world, even for us here in the U.S.A.
Let us hope that those responsible for this cowardly act are caught and punished.
May Allah use some magical power and bring us back the 1.5 US Billion dollar she accumulated while in power.
Musharaf did it and lust for power made her blind. God have mercy on all.
Shocked and saddened that an exceptional leader was eliminated. My condolences to her family.

Pakistan Zindabad :)
May the Almighty give the family courage and strength to carry on. Despite Benazir’s faults at various levels, she did demonstrate some intent to remedy ailments that plagued the politico at large.
Lest Benazir’s death go to waste, I wish Pakistan and her people galvanize and root out subjects against the country’s progress.

May God do justice with you, Bhutto.

Since our inception in 1947..we never had many heroes to look forward to… and therefore….we always welcomed anyone who took the torch and tried to guide us through our troubled times…but the question is why have we been so guillable??There has been a serious dreath of committed & honest leadership in Pakistan and the blame lies nowhere else but in the reflection of our mirrors…As i see various comments on the sad events in my beloved motherland all i would like to remind my dear country men is the fact ” We must stop playing this blame game and pause..ponder to the root cause of it all…and i would say it is total apathy on our part to serve the very cause of our motherland and lack of any will to bring a positive change in our society by people like us..who are relatively literate and could have made the difference …so no govt….no political faction..no al qaeda…no western power …no extremist is to be blamed……we the so called silent majority ..the so called onlookers…did not do our job…:( may God guide us to better times and towards good understanding of our fallicies…Amen
May God forgive her for killing her own brother- Murtaza Bhutto when she was in power.
As for me, I think I will have shrimp pasta tonight.

You’re a star! I dig Pakicetid samosas- succulent ones that I get off the roadside vendor. No one can eat just one.
Hello, I also wrote an article titled, Bhutto - A Quick Look At International Reactions and Analysis of the Assassination. It may shed some light on the way the assassination took place.

Sorry for posting external links, but it’s more convenient this way than posting the same detailed article in the comment box.
Well, as they say in Urdu… “JEsse Karne, wese bharne”… with the death of great people like Hakeem Muhammad Syed, and recently Gulgee, the death of Benazir pales in comparison to the deaths of those innocent people.. well.. she died while nearly bankrupting our country.. so i’m amazed that people are nutty enough to actually shed tears for her.. its better to shed tears for those 30+ people who died in vain today.. BB, well she had it coming..
I woke up to this terrible news on the Radio today. I am so upset… She was a ‘good’ girl - one of the most familiar and well-known figures of the world, and the world will be a lesser place for her absence… May she sleep tight.
All My Love.

A great human died today
killed by a coward, may he rot in hell.
With more people like her
the world would be a better place.
The hope never dies, no matter how many cowards there are.
according to eyewitness present on the scene Ms Bhutto was waving toward her supporter from the sunroof of her bulletproof vehicle.. she also had been wearing bullet proof vest as well but apparently it seems like sharp shooting assassin targeted her neck which proved fatal
Such a tragic waste, of a lovely lady, who was dedicated to her country, and just wanted a better life for her people.

REST IN PEACE MRS.BHUTTO AND MAY HER KIDS BE STRONG AND LIVE ON TO REMEMBER HER
Very sad day for a country that is trying to get up on its feet. Shame on those who make this political, no one has the right to take anyone’s life but the Almighty. I hope this gives every single Pakistani a reason to get rid of these extremists, they are nothing but a debilitating illness for our nation. There is no place in Pakistan for these cowards. May Allah give every Pakistani from North to South, East to West the courage to stand up to these murderers. May Allah give her peace in the after-life. Aamin!
rot in hell, horizontal benny.
Are you guys serious? She was a crook that lived a terrible life and hurt the people of Pakistan. She may not have deserved her death, but she definitely does not deserve our respect.
She got was expected. Even she knew this was going to happen, but in Pak this is the only way we can get rid of the same old politicians. All the people that are supporting her don’t be so sad soon another Bhutto will pop up as usual. The same old story goes on and on, and you people are so damn stupid to keep supporting and giving your lives for such hypocrites. No one is talking about the many others that died since she has come back to Pak. The only thing she has ever given Pak is chaos, poverty, and problems. Look at the facts and wake up. When she was alive people were dying, now that she’s dead people are still dyeing. Is she really worth it??? I think Pak is better off without these leaders.
Just watching AAJ TV. According to AAJ TV, she is “Shaheed” but the other 22 people were “Killed”. Why is this difference?
What goes around , comes around
Yes, she was responsible for the murder of many Pakistanis living in Karachi and Hyderabad.
and her father was responsible for the murder of baluch and bengali people.
Shed tears? me?? oh no.
BB, a Murderer in disguise
The people of Pakistan are suffering from an epidemic disease, called Islam, for which there is no cure.
Challenge for Muslim world today is the people who are trying to spread Islam not with examples and their good behaviors but with violence. Among many Mullahs only handful are credible all others are only hurting the image of Islam. One does not care if they are hurting Islam intentionally or not. Bottom line is Islam has been hijacked by these selfish Mullahs. Now many moderate Muslims believe that these Mullahs are used by non Muslims to destabilized Islamic countries. Basically these mullahs are making it easy for non Muslim countries to humiliate Islam and control many oil rich Islamic countries for their interests.Going back in history British almost ruled all the Muslim countries but we saw no Jihad , what we saw was nationalist movements. Why has Jihad become a routine activity for these extremist since after Russia was kicked out of Afghanistan. I will call it falls impression was given of Jihad to Muslims reviving Jihad in the hearts of many Muslims when USA used Mujahdeens to kick Russia out of Afghanistan. At that time many Muslims started to believe if they can kick Russia then they can kick any super power. Then USA left Afghanistan leaving all the headaches behind for Pakistan. We all know creation of Talibans and al-Qaida was proudly done by USA . Many Mullahs were encouraged by departure of Russia by Mujahdeens crediting only Jihad. Truth is Mujahdeens won over Russians because they were fully armed by USA via Pakistan. And Mujahdeens knew the area well and I am sure the jihad passion also helped. But only with Jihad in mind with out any help from USA there is no way these Mujahdeens would have kicked Russia out of Afghanistan. For same reason now if Russia starts supporting Talibans like USA did. Yes they will kick USA out from Afghanistan too. All Pakistanis must protest USA anytime USA tells Pakistan that Pakistan has not done enough to eliminate extremists inside Pakistan. USA has given Pakistan few billion dollars to fight these extremists and Pakistan is providing services for that money. USA should not forget that in Iraq USA has spent 100 time more billions of dollars and still has not secceded in fight with extremist Muslims. Infect USA should reimburse all the money for all the headaches left behind for Pakistan after USA left Afghanistan in 1980’s.
Many moderate Muslims are never fans of these extremists created by USA. It was need of USA at the time. Pakistan was used for interest of USA.Now blaming Pakistan for the mess created by USA is very irresponsible by many Americans. What needs to be done is to find ways to calm down these Mullahs. USA should help Pakistan in doing just that. One of the way this can be done is to introduce new standards for Mullahs preaching in Mosques. I have come up with this idea which will help not only Pakistan but the whole Islamic world in getting rid of these illiterate Mullahs. As I personally see many of these Mullahs are cancer to Islamic world. Here is what Pakistan needs to do. Establish institutes for these Mullahs to get them graduated before they can preach to the people. In those Institutes these Mullahs should be trained to preach Islam the way it should be preached. Not by coming up with their own lines making people believe those lines are from Koran.
Before they join those institutes they should be checked for back ground check. Also scholars teaching these Mullahs should be well known to Muslim world. Muslim countries do not need Mosque on every corner of each road. They need responsible Mullahs with fewer Mosques. This needs to be done right away. Why? As we all know 80% of people’s brain are developing based on what these Mullahs are telling them. Is this not alarming? Is this not worth taking action now? You all tell me by discussing below in comment area.
Condolences to the people of Pakistan, her family, and for all of us in the world. I traveled in Pakistan when I was a young women on my way home to California after three years of Peace Corps service in Kenya. Bhutto was President at the time. I admired her passion and belief in the Pakistan people.
It is a very sad day,My condolences to Benazir Bhutto’s family and PPP.
May ALLAH rest her soul.
My deepest condolences to the people of Pakistan and her family.
She was a symbol of democracy.
As a man who is had the pleasure of knowing friends of hers in that part of the world, this can only mean armegeddan, I love Democracy but at what cost, she knew that returning would have one of two consequences, and she may now know the final consequence. That aside the world is slowly becoming a baron place and the loss of this lady confirms this, Damm all religion, there is no heaven and there is no hell, only this purgatory that we exist in.
May Allah rest her soul and give courage to her family especially her kids during this tough time (Ameen).
God Save Dear Pakistan!
kia dunya hay yaar. The Punjab Elahi who had been cursing BB for long were now saying good words for late Ms.Bhutto.
May God give patience to rest of Bhutto family.
@MS: Ironically the title of SHAHEED was given by ALTAF BAI.
Though I was never fan of Bhutto Style politics but she was brave and courageous unlike so called “MEN” like Nawaz and Altaf Bai who don’t have balls to face tough ground realities.
I am deeply sad hearing the news of Benazir Bhutto’s assasination. Whole India went into mourning hearing the tragic incident that happened to “Daughter of East”.
I was able to get some glimpses of the talk made by President Musharaff. I did not hear a single time mention of Ms. Benazir’s name in his address. Also heard there was not condemnation of this heinous act until 2 hours after her death by Musharaff. In my view, it is cruel when whole World Mr Bush, Mr. Putin, Mr. Manmohan Singh, Ms. Sonia Gandhi, Mr. Advani, bigwigs of all the political parties of India condemning this act and expressing condolences to our beloved Benazir.
It is the time, the silent majority of Pakistan to fill the political vacuum and stabilize the pakistan.

Aitazaz Ahsan got over emotional and said Godforbid Pakistan would not survive? why? her father got expired plus several others but Pakistan is safe. Pakistan is not due to B.B,it was Bhutto family which is due to Pakistan. ZAB was forgotten after few years, same went with Zia so BB is not exceptional by any means.
One should not forget what was done by her party. Mazloom ki Aah kabhi tu lagti hay na. I just feel sorry for her kids as it was no their fault to lose their “mother”.
BB blamed Musharraf for her future killing:
tinyurl.com/yo56st
I strongly condemn this violent act,my condolence to the family.May God help this poor country
Truly its a sad day in the history of Pakistan. Lets pray good leadership emerges in PPP. BB is dead and now there is a chance for PPP to practice true democracy in its party and ELECT a leader rather a successor of BB.
I heard Arbab rahim s killed.wlah aalam
HAHAHAH! Condolences?! maybe you can start an online book for the countless she killed under her reign of terror
Condolences to the people of Pakistan, not only BB’s children but also the families of the people killed today and injured, and the 150 killed and more injured when she first returned “home” to Pakistan.
I am writing from California as an American, but I was in Kashmir in 1989 as a young married woman when the Bund and troubles there started against India, just after Rajiv Gandhi was assassinated for being too pro-Muslim and Pakistani, it was said by the assassins. His fault was that he wanted to hold talks to prevent the bloodshed that has since ensued in Kashmir, for almost 20 years now. We were the last foreigners to leave Kashmir at that time, my houseboat man and his son had to walk us and our luggage to the airport miles away because no taxis would take us, then go by Indian military convoy to the airport. What a sad ending to several beautiful days on Dal Lake. A reminder that in that part of the world, beauty can suddenly be shattered by this violence and I pray it stops, as also in the Middle East.
About Rizwan’s comments about USA and Afghanistan and Mujahadeen: yes, we were believing then that the Muhahadeen were noble fighters getting rid of the Russian invaders, and in truth, it is Russians who started the mess, not America. What were they doing there? Their invasion all went back to the “Great Game” that was played between Britain/Russia in the previous century, and now, China is on on the terrorial battle, too. If Russia hadn’t invaded Afghanistan, America would have had no reason or motivation to support the Mujahadeen to drive them out.
Of course, knowing what we know now, we wouldn’t have. But then, even the Kashmiri jeweler who came to our houseboat to sell us jewelry promised us that all profits would go to “help the Mujahadeen,” and while we knew this was not true (Kashmiri salesmen being what they are), the fact is, no one suspected they would morph into Al Qaeda or the terrorists we have now. So yes, USA is part of the puzzle, but we’ve all paid enough — it is Russia who really started the mess again.
One good idea from Rizwan: Get the Mullahs to be licensed by theological schools, as Christians must be to preach: Catholic priests, Protestant pastors of all sects (Methodists, Presbyterians, etc.) must graduate from a graduate-level program. The Christian exceptions are some “evangelicals” and fire-and-brimstone preachers who appeal to the uneducated and impressionable. It sounds similar in Muslim countries except FAR worse: as you say, some 80% of the people get all their “education” from these Mullahs, and some schools give youths the only real meals and warmth they receive. The government must stop this and regulate the Mullahs so they don’t turn the poor into Jihadis based on their false and ignorant teachings.
@julia and @rizwan:
Just FYI: mujahideen fought for two years wid out any aid untill USA realized that they can be handy if usa aid them and kick russia out.
So after two year, usa started supplying them, the weapons.
“it is Russia who really started the mess again.”
But this time, its USA who has started the mess.
They attacked Afghnistan and iraq for wat???
please abtrain from lame reasons
All Mushraf haters did you see how Bush looked today? You know why he was so pissed? Because may be Bhutto promised him free entry to frontier areas and access to Pakistani hero Abdul Qadir?
The whole media of USA cried over Bhutto’s death and they acted like a cry baby over the 10 billion given to Mushraf. Now does that tell you some thing about Mushraf ?
Mushraf is smart thats why he is hated. If he takes his head out of his car’s sunroof he will be gone before you know. But he is smart and understands Pakistan needs him. Get your facts straight and act responsible and civilized or lose your country.
America spent trillion dollars and lost 3500 plus solders in fight with extremists and they want Pakistan to do the same job with 10 billion dollars?
Also before they gave money to Pakistan they knew corruption in Pakistan Government they should have given 12 billion dollars , 2 billion for corrupt elements , they should have been factored in.
truth is truth if it hurts so what ? Also yes extremist must exit from Pakistan at any cost I personally support that but Pakistan need more money and more weapons and more equipments. And this is the truth.
Julie Russia was defeated by USA and Mujahdeens with the help of Pakistan, USA created Osama and other groups leaving behind that mess became jihadies. Admit if USA had stayed their longer to bring the prosperity to the people of Afghanistan, Then all the poor people should have not joined al-qaeda.
Anyways mistakes are made but blaming Pakistan for the mess is unfair this is unfair that Pakistan is their when asked for help later all USA fingers goes on Pakistan , How long USA will fool people of Pakistan?
In other hand thanks for liking my idea of going after extremists. For that support this idea by going to longlivepakistan.com
The Daughter of the East was killed by the bullet of a coward of a tortured, misguided and broken Nation. Will this stop Pakistan from marching forward towards democracy? The courage of Benazir Bhutto (described as “reckless” by the People of Pakistan) showed otherwise. Her courage & refusal to allow assasins to dictate the course of her country made this lady the most outstanding leader of this region. Knowing she was a target of extremists, for her country this daughter gave her LIFE.
One of her last quotes given to CNN should live in the hearts and minds of men, as a testament of her courage. “Don’t blame the victim for the crime”, she said.
THIS IS THE LESSON I LEARNED
YOU DONT KNOW WHAT YOU’VE GOT TILL ITS GONE.
What an innovative way to promote your blog Teeth Maestro.
Totally with Rasheeda@1244:
I’ve got to hand it to those folks plugging their blogs here at the pretext of recording condolences.
@rahul his blog is already quite popular among pakistanis.. so just chill..
Bhutto said Musharraf failed to protect her email WASHINGTON, Dec 28 (AFP):
Slain PPP leader Benazir Bhutto blamed President Pervez Musharraf for failing to protect her in the volatile months preceding her assassination, an email released by US media Thursday showed. If harmed in Pakistan, “I wld (would) hold Musharaf (sic) responsible,” Bhutto wrote in the October email, revealed on air by CNN journalist Wolf Blitzer, who received it from Bhutto’s friend and US spokesman Mark Siegel. “I have been made to feel insecure by his minions,” Bhutto wrote of Musharraf, detailing security measures which she said were not granted her after her return. “There is no way what is happening in terms of stopping me from taking private cars or using tinted windows or giving jammers or four police mobiles to cover all sides cld (could) happen without him.” Siegel told the channel that Bhutto had asked authorities to provide protection including a four-car police escort and jamming devices against bombs, but had not received them. The news channel revealed the email hours after Bhutto, 54, was killed in a suicide attack. (Posted @ 09:50 PST)
I SICERELY HOPE THAT MUSHARAF AND ALL THE GENERALS OF PAKISTAN MEET THE SAME FATE AS THE BHUTTO FAMILY.
I HAVE THE SAME PRAYER FOR BILAL MUSHARAF AND THE DAUGHTER OF MUSHARAF AS WELL AS ZIA’ S FAMILY AND AYUB KHANS FAMILY.
EXAMPLES OF PUNISHMENT AND VANDETTA HAVE BEEN SET FOR POLITICIANS, JUDGES, BEAUROCRACY AND THE CIVIL SOCIETY.
ZA BHUTTO AND BENAZIR LAID DOWN THEIR LIVES FOR PAKISTAN, LOOK AT WHAT THIS ARMY DID TO QADEER KHAN, THE CHIEF JUSTICE, THE MEDIA, BHUTTO FAMILY, NAWAZ SHARIF AND THE LIST IS ENDLESS.
IT IS ONLY THE GENERALS OF PAKISTAN AND THEIR FAMILIES THAT HAVE REMAINED ABOVE THE LAW AND UNTOUCHABLE.
90,000 ARMY SOILDERS SURRENDERED IN DACCA AND NONE WERE HANGED, AYUB, ZIA AND MUSHARAF DESTROYED THE COUNTRY AND NON OF THESE DICTATORS WERE HANGED.
THE CHILDREN OF THESE DICTATORS ARE THE RICHEST AND MOST INFLUENTIAL IN THE COUNTRY AND NONE OF THEM IS HELD ACCOUNTABLE.
NOW IS THE TIME THAT SOMETHING BE DONE OTHERWISE IF THESE GENERALS AND ARMY STILL CONTINUE TO RULE THAN SIMPLY FORGET PAKISTAN.
WILL WE AS A NATION REMAIN SUBSERVIANT TO THIS CORRUPT AND USELESS ARMY OR WILL WE TAKE THEM TO TASK?
Mushraf must stay yes we are emotional right now and all. Forgetting all the corruption done by PPP.Our memories are so short.
Nawaz Sharif has lost his mind he has no credibility to run Pakistan.May be his brother is better option.
It is time kick out Mullahs and AlQuaida from Pakistan and reunite the people of the sub continent. This is no way to resolve differences. For more, read my blog.

Paksitan would not survive if there was no God. God does things for reasons. After hearing American TV coverage yesterday many questions come in mind. Many people in the streets do not understand things going on international level.
But the one understands find things are happening based on circumstances surrounded around Pakistan.Rulers are given Job to do by God and if they truly understand their duty some times they have to make decisions which are not popular but they know better. All we have to do is trust them.
One thing is very clear that enemy of Pakistan wants to see Pakistan destabilized and they are happy to see that happening. I am afraid If we do not put our acts together and do not understand International politics , we will be history soon.Every word spoken on this board by a Pakistani Citizen should be in the lines with the interest of Pakistan.
Once we reach to this level we will be fine.

The whole media of USA cried over Bhutto’s death
Trust me hardly anyone would shed tears on death of moronic Musharraf. Maybe his partner in crimes and corrupt generals suffer but not Pakistanis.
Death is inevitable. One day Musharraf will also die.
Adnan give us options if not Mushraf? Please I am waiting give us the solution.
Benazir Bhutto’s service to Pakistan may have been marred by controversy, but she was a martyr in the end, wasn’t she? My condolences to all who placed their hopes for the future on Benazir Bhutto. Such a one as she will not be seen again in southeast Asia.
Benazir ka khoon kis k haaton main hai? Humare?
My condolences to the family of Benazir Bhutto a very heroic woman and also to her party and friends. I hope her death was not in vain and Pakistan can move to true democracy.
SO MUCH CRYING FOR HER AND WHAT ABOUT THOSE INNOCENT PPL WHO DIE EVERY OTHER DAY IN PAKISTAN ..SHE LIVED A HAPPY LIFE WITH POWER MONEY AND LEFT SO MUCH FOR HER KIDS BUT THOSE INNOCENT PPL WHO DIE EVERYOTHER DAY NO ONE CARES ABOUT THOSE ,WHY PAKI PPL ARE SO
IGNORANT ..THE WHOLE MEDIA IS GIVING HER NAMES LIKE
BRAVE LADY .BLAH BLAH BALH..BRAVE WITH SO MUCH SECURITY SHE HAD..AND THOSE WHO ARE LIVING IN SITUATIONS THAT ONCE THEY ARE OUT OF THEIR HOME THEY DONT HAVE ANY SECURITY WITH THEM BUT STILL SURVIVING
AND IAM TALKING ABOUT THE COMMON MAN ,WOMAN AND CHILDEREN OF PAKISTAN .
I pray Mrs Bhutto that you rest in Peace, and my sincere sympathy for your family, may God be with them during this crisis,So very sorry,God Bless All.
May her soul rest in peace. Amen.
Hail and Farewell to former Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto! With a background both Eastern and Western, she set the example for women’s political leadership throughout the Islamic world. May she rest in the peace of God; and may her memory be eternal. Sincere condolences to her family, friends and supporters…
Mark Steyn :
“Benazir Bhutto’s return to Pakistan had a mad recklessness about it which give today’s events a horrible inevitability. As I always say when I’m asked about her, she was my next-door neighbor for a while - which affects a kind of intimacy, though in fact I knew her only for sidewalk pleasantries. She was beautiful and charming and sophisticated and smart and modern, and everything we in the west would like a Muslim leader to be - though in practice, as Pakistan’s Prime Minister, she was just another grubby wardheeler from one of the world’s most corrupt political classes.
Since her last spell in power, Pakistan has changed, profoundly. Its sovereignty is meaningless in increasingly significant chunks of its territory, and, within the portions Musharraf is just about holding together, to an ever more radicalized generation of young Muslim men Miss Bhutto was entirely unacceptable as the leader of their nation. “Everyone’s an expert on Pakistan, a faraway country of which we know everything,” I wrote last month. “It seems to me a certain humility is appropriate.” The State Department geniuses thought they had it all figured out. They’d arranged a shotgun marriage between the Bhutto and Sharif factions as a “united” “democratic” “movement” and were pushing Musharraf to reach a deal with them. That’s what diplomats do: They find guys in suits and get ‘em round a table. But none of those representatives represents the rapidly evolving reality of Pakistan. Miss Bhutto could never have been a viable leader of a post-Musharraf settlement, and the delusion that she could have been sent her to her death. Earlier this year, I had an argument with an old (infidel) boyfriend of Benazir’s, who swatted my concerns aside with the sweeping claim that “the whole of the western world” was behind her. On the streets of Islamabad, that and a dime’ll get you a cup of coffee.
As I said, she was everything we in the west would like a Muslim leader to be. We should be modest enough to acknowledge when reality conflicts with our illusions. Rest in peace, Benazir.”

interesting.
What goes around, comes around
BB was responsible for massacre of Pakistanis living in Karachi and Hyderabad. How can we forget that. Pakka Qila operation.
upto now, the political activists have been sacrificing their lives its time the political leaders give the sacrifice. Altaf Hussain should follow the path of BB and so should Nawaz and Fazlu and Chaudries and the corrupt generals. Then we would have fresh air to breath. Its so poluted with them!!!
Bhutto told USA Journalist Dale She will let NATO Forces attack frontier Areas of Pakistan
Bhutto Told USA Journalist Dale She will NATO Control Pakistan’s Nukes.
Bhutto told USA journalist that when she came to Pakistan It felt like Al -qaeda will marching in Islamabad in 6 months.
What happens next in Pakistan will depends in what happens in the streets of Pakistan.
From Lerry King Live December 28th 2007
There are volumes written in these blogs and I am sure more will be written. The fact is that if you liked or disliked Miss Bhutto, her death should not be a reason to end a life of a mother who will be survived by her children.
The people of Pakistan should unite and insist that their country move into the new world with proper education, keeping their religion practises ALL people despite their ethnic bacground or religious beliefs can live in PEACE.
Pakistanis are talented educated men and women that have so much to offer the world, this is the time to show us that inspite of the loss they can hold their head up high and make Pakistan proudn.
PAKISTAN ZINDABAD
My deepest condilences to the family of Benazir! I never expected that someone could raise hand on her even in the Moslem world. The world has become emptier without her brightness…Her life has become an epoch in world history.
May her soul rest in peace.. she was a gr8 leader and she was a human and human’s do commit mistakes…. Pakistan at present does not have any highly educated leader like Benazir who was the daughter of the master mind Z.A. Bhutto… May Allah give patience to her children… It was simply a plan to finish the entire Bhutto Family and now i reallly wish tht Bilawal doesnt enter in politics as Bhutto family has suffered a lot now they deserve peaceful lives instead of PAKISTANI POLITICAL life!! Luv u Benazir u were my dream woman … I and the whole world will miss u.. ur smile.. ur passion for ur country!!
May Allah bless her soul. Shamim,Dhaka, Bangladesh
At last the mosharaf - servant of the U.S.A in pakistan - took the oposition’s life. this is how the U.S.A want to create the world of peace.
yes, It’s really horrible to see the daughter’s death after father’s execution. there’s no god to bless the bhutto, it’s we who must change the world.
There’s nothing more to do with pacifism or reformism. Let’s rally to end the imperialism.
May we can “unite the human race.”
Benazir Bhutto demonstrated her bravery, loyalty and humanity in the way she conducted her too-short life. My sincere condolences to her family, her country and the world that will surely miss her wisdom.
I don’t know how I can express my feelings right now. I am so shocked to find out that she was no more. I still can’t believe the fact that she is no more. Words aren’t enough to express the sorrow I feel.
We have lost a great charismatic leader after Quaid-e-Awam (Zoolfiqar Ali Bhutto) who was the last scion of a political dynasty. May her soul rest in peace. (Jant-ul-Firdous). and Allah gives us enough courage to move forward in the fight of democracy.
We still cannot come to terms with the fact that such a charismatic and prominent leader of the country is no more. Deeply shocked and saddened we are and have been for the past 4 days.
Keeping her political policies aside, she was a brave and courageous woman (Daughter of Sindh)
who brought hope in the hearts of everyone in Pakistan.
My deepest condolences for the irreparable loss to Bilawal, Bakhtawar, Asifa, Sanam, Fatima,& the rest of the family; as well as the entire nation and the PPP workers.
Although I was never a fan of Ms. Bhutto all I can say is she is now with God and as the Quran clearly says “All judgment rests with God alone”. May her soul rest in peace since none of us are without sin. Happy new year.

What? I wonder if she should be investigated for Benazir’s murder? After all, she believes her father was killed by the orders of her Benazir and Zardari.
Any words of wisdom by KMB gurus on this?
I hate NY Post. They are owned by the same company that owns Fox News and now WSJ. But, I read WSJ for the news, not for their fanatic editorial. I am surprised how the following article appeared in NY Post.
http://www.nypost.com/php/pfriendly/print.php?url=http://www.nypost.com/seven/12282007/postopinion/opedcolumnists/the_bhutto_assassination__not_what_she_s_912265.htm
I hope Benazir’s chamchas don’t remove it from the blog. Also, cheeni dandaan saaz, make sure you print the article and submit it, banafs-e-nafees at the Bilawal house.
I have expressed my condolences earlier on this blog.
Now that I have seen the film of Benazir Bhutto being shot and listened to the mealy-mouthed security people in Pakistan with their lies about what killed her, I think her murder is a “black bag” affair. But who ordered it? I doubt Scotland Yard will do much more than a whitewash in their investigation but it couldn’t be the FBI doing the snooping around, now could it? Blaming Al-Qaida for her murder is too obvious. The folks being blamed, by the way, say it wasn’t them that did the deed. Brown and Rice and that cabal pushed her into returning to Pakistan and now they have her blood on their hands as well as too many others in the mideast. Goes to show you just how much the so-called experts don’t know about a country like Pakistan to think that she could return and turn the mess Musharaff has made into something resembling democracy.
@ BALMA,
Nice find Balma. I am assuming you are on the pakeditor group (http://groups.yahoo.com/group/pakeditor). Could you share that with people on that group? If you don’t then I would go ahead and do that.
Let me know.
MS, go ahead and do that. I don’t know what Pakeditor group is.
And, Christian, what made you think that Benazir would have turned things around? Didn’t you click on the URL I provided for NY Post.
I am actually surprised that an article like this appeared in an anti-Paksitan group’s newspaper.
To all non Pakistanis
I am sure most of the educated class didnt care too much about her. she was a pain and we are happy to get rid of her.
The uneducated are easily swayed and have a very shor term memory.
I say Pakistan is better off without her.
THANKYOU….!
