I happened to drive through the place on Saturday night, and it was quite a scene. Fine, the underpass is filled with water and traffic is being diverted, but it created quite a commotion in the middle. People surrounded the area as if a circus was going on down there. A Suzuki pickup carrying ladies and children stopped and everyone stepped out to take a look at flooded underpass. They looked thrilled and amazed, as if a baby elephant was stuck under the bridge.
