Motorcade woes.

A conversation between my driver and myself, stuck at Shahrah – e – Faisal, watching Shaukat Aziz’s motorcade pass by:

Me: God, hasnt it ended?

*10 more jeeps with army security personnel whizz by*

Driver: Lag raha hai jang horahi hai

I suppose the establishment’s ruse to stun and scare their countrymen is still working.

Haven’t the High and Mighty in Pakistan heard of something called a “Helicopter”?

Why subject the common person to such torture by closing of roads for traffic. I am sure there is ample space for a chopper to land in most places where these guys drop in to pay a visit.

All the more reason why a helicopter should be used. A former SSG like him should feel at home in it.

Because, a helicopter can easily be spotted from anywhere.
