Help Pakistan Ad-Click Campaign

Pakistan needs your help, relief can come in many ways and any form of financial assistance usually goes a long way to help the resettle the thousands of victims in this earthquake tragedy. In an effort to probe all relief options a website has just been launched HELPPAKISTAN.BLOGSPOT.COM which aims to unite all internet surfers into a channelized financial effort, to help generate funds for rebuilding Pakistan.

We at HelpPakistan don’t ask anything much, no cash, no credit card, no scams, but just ask YOU to use the power of the mouse to click on the ads displayed on the front page. Every generous click will in turn go a long way towards this noble cause.

Lets all join hands and make it a worldwide relief campaign, may you belong to any other nationality, but loss of human life due to national disasters can compel everyone at least spare a mouse click for his/her contribution to this noble cause. Please help promote the website so that a larger audience can join us rebuild an Earthquake ridden Pakistan. I may be too wishful but hope to generate upwards of $1000 from this HelpPakistan Ad Campaign.

Note – I, Dr. Awab Alvi, as the organizer of this volunteer relief effort assure you that all funds will be handled with extreme care.

UPDATE: (Oct 9th 5:30 pm) In the heat of the moment I honestly believed that using Google Ad Network would be a perfect method to generate funds but it has been brought to my attention from a few active readers of Karachi Metblog about a certain clause in the the Google AdSense network it states “shall not encourage/authorize a third party) to: “directly or indirectly generate queries” so my requesting you to click Google Ads would be deemed illegal, as of filing this update Masahallah within a matter of 15 hours we had raised $35. I will inform Google of this mistake and request them to hopefully directly deposit the sum to a relief agency. The website still functions and I have placed a Donate via PayPal button if you care to contribute. Thank you for your help and inshallah Pakistan will rise from this tragedy with such contributors like you.

Any volunteer willing to design the Help Pakistan website quickly please contact me. I am not a web designer and would appreciate any help.

I am also in the search for bloggers wanting to post stories about the tragedy.

I am proud of my nation. We will overcome this, This has united us.
The so called leaders should know, they have disappointed the nation. They had a role to play and they failed miserably.
