Importance of staying in touch

I have been thinking one thing from the day of the disaster. I realized how we take our family and friends for granted. We sometimes don’t talk to them for weeks. And then one day we lose them and find out we won’t be able to say that thing that we wanted to say for a long time but didn’t get a chance because of busy schedule. So one thing that we should do besides donating and volunteering is that we should be in touch with our friends with whom we haven’t talked for a while, and find out how they are doing in life. Talk to your family members and tell them how important you are for each other. Trust me, you will feel a lot better after that.
