Look at that picture i feel sad, I Feel sad that Pakistan despite having almost 18 million people doesnt even have any semblance of a skyline, no skyscrapers, not a thing! Unless of course you call the MCB and Habib Bank on I.I Chundriger road skyscrapers, Our city is grossly neglected, water shortages, car jackings, mullahs, not even a metro system.

Its good to see that Musharraf has taken up this challenge of modernizing Karachi, bulding roads, flyovers and so on, but to be honest im kind of dishearted that Niamatullah Khan is no longer Nazim, that guy did alot for Karachi.

No Skyscrapers? It might not be New York but Karachi sure as hell is getting there…infact that skyscrapercity website has a pakistan forum believe it or not!

Suggest you take a look at this online forum; probably the only discussion forum on the web concentrating on Pakistan’s Development!

They have some very nice Karachi shots…as well as Lahore, Islamabad!
