Haha, has ANY one seen this ad?
I think it’s the new Telefun :p
Those annoying, irritating jingles that stick to your head and don’t let go.

Hi Kirna,
well, being in this industry, let me tell you the truth….there is a saying about these kinda ads…
“IF YOU HAVE SEEN ANY BAD COMMERCIAL, OR WEIRD AD, it’s not the fault of the agency who made this….BUT, WHO PAID FOR IT…
i am working with an ad agency, and i know that whoever made that commercial, have reasons for it too.
but yeah, I AGREE to you guys, its really ……….. ohhh i can’t find the suitable word :(

I agree with Imran. We have some pretty talented people working in the advertising business. However since the client is paying, whatever they say goes! And that is when you get stuff like this!
Id disagree Gibran and Imran
im from the industry myself, and trust me, at times, if the client is not clear, or doesnt have a great aesthetic sense, agencies just do a half assed job and get away with it.
You have to be true to your work. If u dont agree with what the client asks for, dont put your name on it. Do it, but disown it. Also tell that to your client. Tell them it is detrimental to their interest. Only then will they understand.
You must understand a lot of organizations here rae not marketing oriented. about half of the agencies arent either, they are just there to make their 15% of media spend.
Im sorry for my extremely critical opinion, but sadly this is true.
