I can not understand why half of the street lights in the city are not working properly. The Lasbela signal, New Town signal, Karimabad signal, Das number signal, all major traffic intersection of the city do not have working street lights. And to top that off some of these lights seem to be turned off from time to time. Does anyone here have any idea why things are done this way? Any, bright, shiny, ideas?
