Khan Saab’s big career move: W-11 in Australia!

On KHI Metblog’s Orkut community, our reader Ahmed Bhaila reported this curious bit about the appearance of the (in)famous Karachi bus W-11 in Australia. Well, can’t imagine how this bus will cross oceans across to reach Australia? Neither could I until I read the story!

So. Our Pakistani truck & bus art is becoming a smash hit! Now all they need is a ride to “fully appreciate” the aesthetics.

EDIT: P.S. Oops, Teeth Maestro Sb just posted about the same? I shall keep this entry only for archive’s sake.

Apparently our mode of transportation is commanding better respect than most other elements on our society.

A few years ago the Smithsonian Institute in Washington DC. When I had gone to see the exhibition, this truck drew the highest number of visitors. The below link will lead you to some pictures of this famous truck.
