Innallilah-Wainaillahi-Rajeon. I hope the people of Karachi keep their cool in this recent tragedy. Its only meant to create unrest within the city.

Some very sinister forces want to spark sectarian warfare in Pakistan just like in Iraq. The same people are likely to be behind the events in Bombay. The objective is to create chaos and pressurize Pakistan.

May Allah rest their souls in peace, Amen.

I could not agree more! That is a heinous act of terrorism and is targeted towards creating Sunni-Shia violence in Pakistan.

To all Pakistanis: Remain united and don’t let these durt bags achieve their goals.

Yes its very tragic.May all rest their suols in peace.

Things are pretty tensed here in Nazimabad/North Nazimabad region. All shops are closed in Lasbella area.My cousin who works at Bankalflaah HO told me that traffic is diverted from Sadar and he chose SF route to reach Nazimabad.

Really sad. As usual, government has claimed about fair and swift investigation.

Could it be a retaliation of mumbai blasts?

The chief minister of Sindh said on the tv “If we have known beforehand this attatck was going to take place, we would have taken advance measures to stop it”

Thats the most absurd thing i have ever hear in my life, like the terrosists should call up the police and tell them their itenary in advance over a cup of tea.
This is the lamest and most duffer CM i have seen in my life (if your leave Lalu Prasad aside).

God help Karachi. What we dont need is another bloodshed.

He WAS targeted back in April but wasnt harmed. Our police and ministers deserve to be shot dead in their foreheads for not doing enough. What the fk are they doing just eating away tax money?

It is a sad day, May Allah bless them.

There is a Strike call for tomorrow, I think they should have given an mourning call instead.

Karachi is a big city I think we need more police force, not all policemen are bad those who are should face severe legal penalties.

There was a red alert in the city right after the Bombay blast, but this is not a reaction .. I think the same terrorist who were involved in Bombay blast are the culprits here.

I hope they bring the terrorists to justice soon.

Pakistan should follow India’s strategy and officially blame India for this act and meanwhile keep trying to find out who actually did it.

We havent been able to found who was behind nishtar park incident, yet. The provincial interior minister and police officals should be ashamed of themselves and resign if they have any moral and human values. Karachi has gone to dogs.

Resign ! who are you kidding, this is Pakistan dude, even if a policeman killed a 100 people with 500 wittnesses and even if he get caught o tape, he would never get caught nor would anyone resign.

As a policy matter, after every incident a ‘committee’ is formed to probe into it (probe usually that means free biryani for the committee members + they get off from their regular duties to ‘probe’ into the matters)

Lets see how many ‘committees’ are formed to probe into todays killing.

Why did Indian Prime Minister pointed fingures towards Pakistan?

    http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/south_asia/5180490.stm

Specially read the section starting from
So why did India’s prime minister make his comments which, without doubt, represent a hardened stance?

This is not the solution but Kashif is right,We should officially blamed to India. In past several RAW agents were captured in Karachi too.

today i read that Manmohan halted talks between two countries.

Can someone write few lines on who Allama Hassan Tarabi was. Thanks…

  16. Zain (unregistered) on July 15th, 2006 @ 1:46 pm

    Anwar,

Allama Hasan Turabi was a die hard lover of Hazrat Imam Hussain and that is why Wahabi’s killed him.

  17. Adnan Siddiqi (unregistered) on July 15th, 2006 @ 2:53 pm

Zain did Allama sahab whispered in your ears before passing away?

I myself is not a wahabi but i often read your extreme views about Wahabism. You might not like to recite prayers behind Imam of Makkah because He is just another Wahabi?
