Pakistanis around the World

An important and very frequent point of discussion for Overseas Pakistanis is to create a Pakistani community that can help elevate the image of Pakistan and Pakistanis around the world and also to stay abreast with the happenings back home.

Although almost all the Consulates around the world rovide a platform for such interactions, they are seldom active for a long time. Staying in Dubai, my thoughts are to create an online community active enough to allow Pakistanis to interact in real life and also to help out those aspiring to move to UAE.

Would love your comments before I post the link here.

DV, as I mentioned, that we overseas Pakistanis like to be pdated about what’s happening in Pakistan, and the reason I want to start an online community is also to help out Pakistanis aspiring to move to UAE, KMB plays a vital role here.

KMB has a massive readership by Pakistanis both in Karachi and abroad (like myself)and I believe it is a good medium to voice my thoughts.

Hope I could clarify your concerns

As a Pakistani expat planning on moving from the USA to UAE, I’d love to be a member of the community you mention.

I think its a wonderful idea(initiatve) regardless of some ppl’s objection of its placement at KMB.
I think Dubai is the reasonable place if i ever want to move from Canada.I wish karachi’s environment, especially law and order situation, will improve so i can come back to my city.

I don’t know if this might be related or not…but another good idea of launching an online community would be that of pure overseas pakistani students sharing thoughts, learning, skills, academics, settling issues and all other sorts of moving issues for students planning to move to countries for college or with family.

Saya, its great to know that you can see the big picture already!!!

Me and an associate friend were discussing the other day that we could use this platform to promote jobs in UAE to Pakistanis….something that lacks in us as compared to other nationalities….

We can highlight the jobs available in various fields and also help the suitable candidates reach upto the level of selection phase atleast.
