Flies all around

Anyone noticed the swarm of common house flies that have taken over Karachi lately? Thanks to the rain water that was so dearly preserved by CDGK in most of the city areas, you will find everybody around you in any public space waving their hands randomly to make sure the annoyance remains away from them. Advice: Stick to the not-so-tasty home cooked food for the next two weeks, keep a pressurized fly repellent can handy and pray for the CDGK fumigation efforts getting any useful.

I keep waiting for the promised fumigation to happen. I can’t even have chai in peace at the dhabba in uni anymore. It’s more like a grab and run to a place far away from the eatery where there are less flies.

forget the flies…the mosquitoes are the worst caused by the rain. you can’t even sleep properly at night cause of them. :(

    Well said Mariam.
Flies , mosquitoes and infections….I know many including myself suffering from throat infection. We need to be cautious for a while and make our own fumigation attempts at home.

P.S. Home food is great but depends on who makes it!
