Dangerous Trend

Earning bread and butter for his family, this man stands some 20 feet above ground, on a plank of wood, to finish off the plaster of this three story residential building while the rain wets everything.

Labors often falloff and die while performing this daring task. It just takes a strap around the waist and a secure line attached to it, but does anyone care for the lives of these poor souls ?

This is a common sight in our city, I have seen people painting and finishing off high buildings without any or little safety precautions. I hope the trend changes soon.

safety rules should be implemented for sure but for those workers safety rules or no safety rules they have been working without them for all these years and they can continue to do so as well…. and accidents also have been happening …. as you said all it takes is a strap around the waist and a secure line attached to it to avoid accidents like these…
