Big Boss back in town!

Be prepared! The boss in back in town to inaugurate the new ferry service today.

This time, however, i think the authorities are becomming a bit better informed as to what security measures should be put in place. Previously, at the slightest mention of his trip, parking on both sides of Sh-e-faisal were closed down as well as the service lanes, thanks to the bomb blast attack which happened in Pindi. Now, slowly they are realizing that may not be the best way. Today, both parking and the service lane were open. I wonder what new measures they’re putting in, but alteast one point of misery has lessened for the general masses of the city.

That is SO good to know!!! I dont work at Sh. Faisal anymore but i remember the morning rants at our office everytime the boss(es) were in town! They’d close off all the service lanes so the only entrance to my office bldg was thru a side street filled with garbage. Disgusting. Good to know it might be changing. Hopefully, permanently.

Should have figured that out with the sudden onslaught of road repairing, though in patches, in some parts of DHA. Wont it be good if he were to roam around the city, atleast most of these roads would be urgently repaired.
And while he does that, we all would be locked up in our houses/offices!!!

LLAMA: yea.. the situtation is alot better… but still.. lets see what happens during IDEAS..

mariam: helicopter is much more dangerous :p organizations here are not below carrying anti-air missiles around.

NY: true that! whenever someone has to visit a specific area.. the repairs there are marvellous! just goes to prove the danda required by our civil works

well i dunno about Sh-e-faisal but west wharf area from jinnah bridge to kpt was literally sealed no vehicles were allowed to be parked and normally there are zillions of vehicle parked and the office onroute were posted with rangers personals and were asked to stay indoor and lifters were busy removing the unclaimed vehicles and motorbikes and also saw 2 tractors collecting rubbish and litter and cleaning up the places and all commercial and private vehicles were diverted from jinnah bridge and were not allowed to proceed… seriously helecopter is a safe option… how many chopper crashes have we heard of that make the dictator uneasy fly in a helecopter… its just that dictator wants the poor public to suffer..
