Poor cow. People should disperse and leave it alone until it calms down. Once its calm, only one person should go near it. Just wondering what happened eventually. How did they get it under control?

Hahaha. Great. Awesome kick .. never seen a cow do that before :D

I have had a lot of experiences of my cows breaking the bonds and showing their anger & frustration.
Golden Rule: Dont let a guy wearing jeans/pants tshirts go near them. Their ex-owners are usually dressed in shalwar kameez & dhoti kurta.. so anyone approaching the cows in clothes revealing their body form, you are dead meat :D

MB, thanks for sharing :D .. classic Karachiite moment caught on camera. Camera Phones rock!!

    Holy Cow

Illusion, I would highly recommend that you file patent for your golden rule. It is priceless. I wonder how many nights you had to wake up for coming up with this rule. Now I know why people were Shalwar Qameez on eid day.

pph, not a bad idea. see you are actually learning things from kmb that you did not learn from common sense :P

Illusion . what is common sense my old friend ? Some things that would be common for me would not be as common for you so I always like explicit golden rules :-). Do you really think that cows are as intelligent as you describe in your wonderful theory. I wonder how much you and cows have common. The same IQ :-) . No hard feelings, I am just loosening up you know.

this is jahalat. please unload this video as it reflects poorly on our society. please show this to anyone outside pakistan and they will think we live in the stone ages where 100 people are standing around and staring at a cow like we found a martial being.

GM, they are working out for rodeo I guess.

I do not like the video because those people have no idea of animal rights. They are just torturing poor creature :-(

That poor cow is probably more scared than angry. With so many people surrounding it… shouting and screaming.

GM don’t worry too much about what “others” will think about us. We should change because it is right, not to impress anyone.

PS: I think you meant Martian (as in fictional inhabitants of Mars), not martial

Such things happen when you don;t hire a professional Qasai.

A very cheap and chechora post by the author. And btw, i think you wanted to say ‘sent’ you the video and not ‘send the video to me’.

Anyway, also whats chechora about your post is how your friend tapes the video with mela phrases and stuff. To be honest, its people like him that force the animal to react that way.

I mean how could you even think of posting this video with words like ‘yeh mein geo par donga’

    how maila can you get?

  21. teebee (unregistered) on December 30th, 2006 @ 10:27 pm

Mr. Zafar: this is not an english language forum. Please keep your corrections to yourself.
secondly what you are calling chechora, for e.g. author’s friend’s verbal comments heard in the video is the common style of language spoken in karachi amongst the boys. If that seems chechora to you than whole karachi would be chechora for you.

I agree that it was not the good thing observed in the video that tens of people are gathered around an animal esp. a holy animal causing it to get angry. But unfortunately today this is all what you see on every street before or on the days of eid.

Its not good.. but its not maila…. i think you havent really seen what maila is.. explore karachi more than youve done.

What a bunch of sick people you and your readers are! Making fun of a sacrificial animal, and TB ‘dying to see the qurbani video’. I hope the TB is for real.
