Privatistaion of Al-Haroon electronics Market, Saddar

Anybody saw the banners hung up in protest of the privatization of electronic market Saddar?
The banner said ” do arab ki malyat ki al-haroon electronics market 11 carore mein zalim seth key hawalay kernay per najkari commission sey jawab?”

I could not take the picture of the banner as it was realy dark, but if this is the fact, I really wonder what is this privatization commission doing?? Especially after the blunder done in the privatization of Pakistan steel Mills and the after effects.
For how long will the poor public bear injustice.

    “I really wonder what is this privatization commission doing??” Its doing exactly what the whole machinery is doing dude which is :
    Eat PAK Formula = {(a + b) + c + (d + e)} – f**

    a = Armed forces
    b = Ruling party
    c = Provincial chumchas (Coalition)
    d = Altaf dad aka Khi Lord
    e = All gov. officials
    f** = Awaam

    – a & b will eat mostly & will throw few bones to c
    – d & e will do the same & throw remaining to c

    And after all the boti & even haddi has been taken away, if there is anything left & anyone lived to have it, that will be passed to awaam….
    The privatization commission is “e” in this equation…

    Alright, now on a serious note. I will visit Saddar in a day or two. Lets see if i could find any info.

    privatization commission is the biggest scandal of this military government… they’ll sell all national assets for peanuts and when ever a democratic government will come there won’t be any assets left and huge foreign debt would remain same.. obviously majority of money received from privitisation proceeds is meant to repay expensive debts but here they’re selling every thing for peanuts so the debt remains as it is(totally unchaged)..

    While whole Pakistan was suffering due to EarthQuake and we badly needed funds , our [Pak] Army was busy in planning to build new HeadQuater in Islamabad. From the mentioned link:

    Although the huge public outcry that followed forced the government to postpone the purchase of 77 F-16 fighter aircraft from the US, the Pakistani Army is still going ahead with the construction of new General Headquarters building and accommodation for Army top brass at Islamabad, at a time when the cost-cutting measures would seem imperative.

    But when we have people like Turab among us who are blind follower of Musharraf and chant Jiye Mushi Maray Awam then I find no excuse to curse remote ignorant and illetrata villagers who follow their Vadera or Makhdoom blindly and treat them above God.

    @Adnan Siddiqui

    I give thousand claps & trillion salutes for saying the above lines. I was so angry at that time when i heard the an Army general coming with lame excuses about making this head quarter when someone else asked him the same question that why they are wasting that amount for their headquarter.

    Adnan, please forgive Turab for his comment. Ignorant should be pity on. He seems to be impressed by the drama Mushi plays well. And i should repeat what you said, coz it was so powerful and important :

    I find no excuse to curse remote ignorant and illetrata villagers who follow their Vadera or Makhdoom blindly and treat them above God.
