Value of life = Rs. 100?

How much more degraded can we get?! Making a human life equivalent to just a 100 rupees? In this case, just a simple scratch card!

Gul Mohammed, a resident of Umer Baloch Mohallah, Mominabad, recorded his statement with the Mominabad police station, saying that he had sold a scratch card worth Rs100 to the accused Fareed but, after some time of the sale, the accused with his friend came to his shop and argued that he had been given a fake card. After an argument, Fareed opened fired on Gul Mohammed and fled

Do the people who indulge in making fake scratch cards ever think of the consequences? The lives they ruin? The lives they END!

This is exactly why i had this post ” Karachi : Human’s needed

If the evidence of any fake card is present the FIR should also include the card company & book them under criminal negligence. Gul Mohammed must definitely have a record of the entries from the company.

Other aspect which one should look at is if its really the card thingy that was the reason or it was just a pretext & there is a background story with it.

Forget about the 100 rupees ! If some tinhead already has a gun at his disposal, he can kill anyone he wants for no good reason!

Questions about the value of life involve some
    of the most important considerations.

How we make decisions regarding the value of a
given life, and who ought to make these decisions,
    is difficult to discern.

Perhaps most importantly of all, why are we even
interested in assessing the value of a life?

    Life is valueless.

    In Pakistan life is worthless.

    End of story.

The abundance of weapons in the society and lack of trust on justice through police and judiciary are the reasons of such incidents. For some reasons none of the (past + present)governments attempts to create a weapon free society.
