Until ofcourse… the Sindh Governer decides to step in.

    ……or may be it was all a pre-planned thing that the Governor, didn’t wanted to stay in Gen’s shadow, so he with the Mayor played this ‘drama’.

    I mean, why would the ‘bagh’ be closed for public, when the Gen,himself, declared it open for the masses.

    Maybe the order wasn’t signed in triplicate on official stamp paper by the required officer with the proper NOC from the relevant authority.

    …. It is still closed, atleast till last night (01 March 2007) when I took my family there.

    Both the doors; opposite Park Towers & next to Mazar were locked.

    … interestingly in todays paper there are pictures of families enjoying in the park ??

    Now I think the Nazim-e-Aala Karachi will issue his order to open the facility, after a visit.
