Over the years, i’ve known several people who’ve attended the Art of Living workshop here in karachi, and all of them have sung nothing but praises. Mixing in meditation, breathing exercises and other tools of gaining access to the higher self, this workshop essentially teaches you how to bring your sub-concious side into effect when leading your concious life. All in all, a workshop one should definitely attend.

Update:Just got in touch with Mr. Naeem, a facilitator at Art of Living via the telephone and here’s the details he gave me. This course is called Youth Endownment Seminar and is more geared up towards the youth between the ages of 18 and 26, its a lot more intense and a lot of energetic than the previous courses.
Timings are from 4:30 to 8:30 PM (you’ll be home before dinner :p) and its being held at Indus Valley School of Architecture.

Contact Mr. Naeem at: 0300 5019777

Note: The regular Art of Living workshop will be held sometime next month.
