Cumulative Sin

sin.jpgThis is not merely due to one father. It’s surely not a cruel mother’s sin. In each passing month we see more & more of this. The figure has reached an alarming 10-15000 thousand now. It looks uglier from the outside especially when the surroundings are beautiful asking many questions from all of us in a powerful but yet a silent tone. Many ignore it or steal their eyes. Few others curse the ones who are our last resort of criticism in our every issue, deliberately satisfying oneself with a thought that no, I have not part in this misery. A little deep insight reveals everyone’s part in it.

The next time you look at them try to remember if you had any part of sin in it.

When halaal kamai becomes difficult or less rewarding or you encourage any haraam kamaai colleague/fellow/relative or you don’t guide or stop him. The only bread earner dies due to law & order or carelessness in hospital or fake medicine. When you feed the undeserved on religious days due to your good heart, when you introduce the concept of earning without doing anything, when the population increase goes unchecked, migration goes unabated, urbanization goes unplanned. When economic divide increases & when society abandons a section of its own body by turning a blind eye then someone’s pays the price for all of this & someone’s destiny changes, everyday, somewhere, leading to series of unfortunate events & ending up being punished in Karachi just like this :

MB it’s not the matter of getting halal kamai being difficult its the matter of ease. In the prevoius post it’s been said that a begger in Karachi can make around Rs 2500 per day not even an executive in a good company can make that much . It’s also been reported in Dawn that these children can be ‘rented’ for around 150 per day and now you can see many beggers carrying children for sympathy factor . This child was sitting on hot pavement in 32 degree temperature while his mother / renter was going car to car seeking alms . You will see the same thing at Naheed / Shaheed Millat signal where the mother is at one signal while her daughter is some times acting like a cripple sometimes walking on the other signal . If we harden our hearts a little and stop giving them alms than maybe we’ll see lees and less of kids being exploited .
btw MB thanks for posting another of my pic

Farhan my camera is gone for now so i am dependent upon fellows like you. Thanks to you for doing it for us.

Halal kamai was just one point. There were many mentioned including “the concept of earning without doing anything” .

I have stopped giving them anything now. We should reject these kind of people who are professional beggars.

Also i seriously doubt if they are their own kids after watching GUMNAAM episode about how kids are being sold from Punjab to Karachi.
