Pipes

http://karachi.metblogs.com/archives/images/2007/05/16052007-thumb.jpgThese pipes are lying at the verge of I.I Chundrigar Road for as long as I can remember. I am surprised they haven’t yet become a shelter for the homeless.

zeeshan: we’re slowly limping back to normalcy.. and highlighting issues on KMB which directly relating to the city.

so Mansoor the other issue[killings by a party] was not directly related issue? *grin*

  13. Adnan Siddiqi (unregistered) on May 17th, 2007 @ 3:29 pm

So mansoor 5/12 is not directly related to this city?

No Development is worthy enough unless citizens of the city don’t feel secure.

give the guy a break. If you want to continue bitching about last saturday, there are plenty of other active threads around.

They have been there forever, I havnt passed em lately, but last I remember there were ppl taking shelter in them in the evenings. Maybe the cops have run them away or maybe they just come there during nightfall.

    Hi Mansoor!

First of all, I like your posts. They are a bit different and not too biased. Kudos!

Second, the reason I asked that question was that this post just did not make any sense. Such pipes are allll over Karachi. The author (Umar) is jut wondering why the pipes are still vacant and homeless (probably afghans) haven’t still moved in those? I mean, sheesh, give me a break. Yes, lets talk about something else but killings occured on 12th of May (btw, I find 5/12 really intimidated or rather influnced) but there are hundreds of other better things or other subjects to post here rather than a thought that spur by watching empty huge pipes here and there. Just does NOT make sense.

  18. Zeeshan Syed (unregistered) on May 18th, 2007 @ 8:51 am

Oh btw UMAR, please do not be offended by my opinion. There is nothing personal between us :)

  19. Zeeshan Syed (unregistered) on May 18th, 2007 @ 8:53 am

Umar: here is something scary to read and may deserve a place here on KMB http://thenews.jang.com.pk/daily_detail.asp?id=56465

  20. Adnan Siddiqi (unregistered) on May 18th, 2007 @ 12:01 pm

Bitching Eh? I just replied what He “tried” to say? and highlighting issues on KMB which directly relating to the city? Go thru comments before bothering your hands to type here.

  21. Zeeshan Syed (unregistered) on May 18th, 2007 @ 8:27 pm

I did go through the comments and I guess, you don’t even realize or analyze what you are about to say. Dude, that IS bitching about May 12 crap
