Another weekend ruined

Seems like transporters are serious about not doing any business for not one but three days in a row. And that also during the weekend. No matter how justified their cause is, making the common people suffer because of it doesn’t seem like a wise move to me. But then again, common people of Karachi don’t matter when the big shots are out to settle their scores on the streets.

We can only hope things stay peaceful this time around.

Pre ’85 or pre MQM era were the best days of Karachi. Idiots need to learn from their mistakes.

Ghalib said, ‘Aik dhoondo hazaar milte hain’.
I challenge that, ‘Aik dhoondo kaee lakh milte hain’.

Bittertruth: There are new or old cities for Karachiites. The people who speak Urdu can not move elsewhere. If they do, they will be forced to either go back or will be furstrated to the extent where they will never consider to move outside Karachi

I say we should STOP hiring Pathans and Afghans. Fire them so that there is nothing left for them here and then they move elsewhere say Punjab (Lahore, Islamabad) or they go BACK to their rat holes in Quetta, Peshawar and Afghanistan.
