This might be funny, but I think they are just trying to save some money. Does not bother me if the goat pisses on em, it’s their concern, not anyone of ours.
On the serious note, they are risking their life as well as the goat’s life to save our city from pollution (no van no traffic etc etc). Public as well as Government should hand them a medal for it.
