Spread the message with love fear

The wave has reached here. Someone is threatening the businessmen at Rainbow Center to shutdown their shops or face consequences. Details here.

I don’t know how to react to it. While I agree that evil should be discouraged but doing it in such a way that people are filled with fear and disrespect for the good would not bear good fruits in the long run. That’s all I can say.

First of all many many congrats to Zia-ul-Haq ( aka USA DOG in 80’s) then my warmest congrats to our ARMY, ISI all subsequest governments starting from Benazir (courtesy Naseer-ullah Babar ) for creating an evil called Taliban then to all So-called Ulema (aka fake warriors ) and then to our so-much-in-love to ISLAM nation for reaching this stage.

You all worked hard ever since 1977 to crate this MONSTER & you though you will make USSR pay. Guess what. The MONSTER is back home. And back with a BANG

This all reminded me of a comment (not being able to search) on MSNBC blog in which a Christian guy was making fun of Muslims ( in particular Pakistan ) and was using a humiliating tone. But there was hardly any wrong statement in his humiliation. He was just stating an ugly truth.

The only salvage for our country is to clean “Republic of Pakistan” from any religious attachment else all one would be saying one day is :

    Welcome to doomsday . . . .

    Welcome to Doomsday.

I disagree with the headline. The word “Islamists” shouldn’t have been used — that’s just plain WRONG. :-S

    @ MB:

Dudeness, cleanse all religious sentinment, and the country will fall apart faster than a castle of cards. The only thing holding all of these pieces of land (that comprise Pakistan) together IS religiosity. Take that away, and there won’t be a country left. Sab kuch will fall apart.

BOLSHEVIK: I thought Bolshevism and religion don’t go together well.

Anyway, the theory about Islam as a gluing factor has already been proven wrong. Remember, what happened to the eastern wing of Pakistan .

If anything, religion discourages pluralism and therefore peaceful co-existence among multi-ethnic states. Religion will have to be removed from the public affairs of the country, if Pakistan is to be rescued. Otherwise the Islamist rebellion against the State and people of Pakistan will devour the nation.

DOCTOR: If we don’t perform our responsibilities, others will be forced to step in lest our militant rebels become a threat to the rest of the world. We have nothing to worry about if we keep our noses clean.

I agree, country’s name should be “PAKISTAN” and that is it! No more Islamic or Republic, just PAKISTAN!

The nation was founded officially as the Dominion of Pakistan in 1947, and was renamed the Islamic Republic of Pakistan in 1956. WHY?!?!

These fucking religious fanatics are a menace to our society! They are a disgrace to the word religion and they have the balls to call themselves Muslims?

i know we are only talking about Karachi here but this rising wave of extremism is more of a global issue and needs to be tackled all across the globe..

a local solution would not suffice or survive in this case…. think about this analogy, if your computer is infected with virus, you don’t just clean one directory.. you clean the entire hard disk otherwise it will bite you back even harder..

what we lack at the moment is a true leadership in the Islamic world.. right now we are stuck with 2 extremes, and they both suck like hell.. on one side, we have Musharraf and King of jordan kind of obedient servants of the west and on the other hand, we have like Nejadi and Nasruallah who still think like college going jazbati (emotional) kids… what we need i think, are intellectual-turned-leaders like Allama Iqbal in our case to come forward and play their part…. nothing less is going to help..

the west also needs to play its role because they share this planet with us.. a peaceful earth would mean a win-win situation for everyone.. as a first step, the west needs to stop robbing our resources, gasoline & land, for example.. peace without justice? how would that be possible?

  14. Salman A. (unregistered) on July 30th, 2007 @ 9:06 pm

name change? what will that buy? Sir, that is the last thing that you might need on your journey to moderation and true Islam..

look at UK, there is no Islam in its official name but what happend on 7/7 we all know that..

  15. Ahmed (unregistered) on July 30th, 2007 @ 9:35 pm

A name change is an offical change in direction. It sends a clear message that Islam is not, and should not be the determining factor in the future of Pakistan.

  16. Salman A. (unregistered) on July 30th, 2007 @ 9:52 pm

name change nah.. may be later but not so early in the game.. it will more give rationale to the extremists.. you have to be smart when dealing with such sickos..

  17. Ahmed (unregistered) on July 30th, 2007 @ 10:02 pm

I agree that you need to be smart. No doubt. However, the country is still sympathetic towards these bastards.

A name change sends a clear message and a shift in direction. This has nothing to do with the WEST. It is the right of the people of Pakistan to truly be free.

  18. Salman A. (unregistered) on July 30th, 2007 @ 10:20 pm

The Mullahs of LAL Masajid … will now try their fanaticism in KARACHI.

These fanatics (seriously) need a psychiatrist – bcz they don’t have a LIFE. And so will not let others have a life EITHER.

I wonder where this can of worms came from, in Pakistan? I don’t think fanaticism existed in Pakistan before the late 70’s.

There is a failure of state here. People like Budnazir bitch and Navaz NoSharif have looted the country of crores and arabs of rupees. Along with the institutionalized corrpution in the army – like every general retiring is a crore patti, without actually breaking law of the land.

These people looted what could be used to build schools for the poor people. When they can’t afford to go to school or so called madrassa is the only education available, people send their kids to such madrassas. Since mullahs have themselves recently come from the lowest levels of uneducated society, i.e. themselves poor, they can’t really educate much. For example, these Muslim run Madrasaas can’t compete with Pakistan’s Christian Madrasssas like Madrassa-us-St. Joseph or Madrassa-us-St Patrick. I do admit even in a buraai there is an achhaai, there is some positive even in the most negative scenario in muslim madrassaa education – i.e. kids atleast learn to read and write – but the whole outlook is of early post-1857. i.e. rejectionists – in the line of Qasim Nanatwi who started the first Madrassa which exclusively taught religion oriented studies – obviously, before that Muslims were able to learn things like engineering and medicine – remember Taj Mahal and hakeems / tabeebs etc (this post is not for burgers, buzz off burgers).

Combine all this with proverbial backwardness of pathans, and we have this disaster.

On a side note: I am totally pissed at the chance of Budnazir bitch coming back to Pakistan. I thought Musharraf was more intelligent but Bohut niklay meray armaan, laikin phir bhee kam niklay (again, post not meant for uneducated burgers)

Ok…..maybe this guy’s going a little overboard but for God’s sake, Rainbow centre is like the centre for piracy in Karachi……because of them our software developers can’t get business and all. If Rainbow Center’s taken down then maybe piracy won’t be such a problem after all. The others might just learn from it. Maybe this guy’s just threatening to bomb the place and might not. But even if he’s just making threats like this, the Rainbow Center ppl should realize that they should stop that crap.

Petarian, Jews are United for one cause only,”establish a religious state and explain it further as it was promised by God in Old testament”. they don’t whine like psuedo muslims like here that Pakistan was NOT obtained in the name of religion. They always believed and promoted to expand their religious state. They always used BRAIN to strengthen the religion rather weakened it. Speilbeg’s movie was always based on religion. I could give more and more examples but this one is enough to tell you that jews are Better because they Love their religion.

I am sure if Allah hasn’t destined destruction then they could be the last community which existed on earth but since they rejected God’s order thus they would face defeat in the end.

Thats why i said the world is better of less idiots and so the LORD be. He is hardly interested in increasing our figures.

so, I smile again at your statement. what Lord wants is visible to us. Noone needs anyone’s inter petition at all. :-). Yes we don’t need idiots among muslims that’s why God automatically filter out other anti-religion cults automatically. :-)

O ye who believe! If any from among you turn back from his faith, soon will Allah produce a people whom He (Allah) will love as they will love Him lowly with the believers,(Quran 5:54)

How long will it take her to empty Pakistan’s foreign exchange account? Chore kee aulaad khabees budnazir!

When her father was toppled in 1977, it was published in press that lots of money donated to Pakistan, esp to organizations like Hilal-e-Ahmer, by countries like Libya and Abu dhabi went to private accounts of Nusrat Bhutto (Budnazir’s mother).
Even wondered who pays Budnazir’s bills in London and Dubai?

Probably part of that looted money was used by her to get a nose job. Anyone who saw her Boston pictures will remember her chuRail like nose that is different from what she got on her face today.

Today she fakes her dupaTTaa and tasbeeh like she is not some budnazir, but doosraa janam of Rabia Basri.

What we have learned from recent incidents that madrassah being very instrumental in spreading the hatred towards the other sects. They teach thier sect only and closing the door to entire world. It has created imbalance and less tolerance in the society. Judging the only one sect is right and rest wrong or infidels.

This judgement is only with Almighty Allah SWT who knows better and give us the guidance.

Innocent students are used by mullah and ISI agency to achieve their goal to send in Afganisatan , Kashmir etc. in the name of Jihad. They die while fighting with muslim called martered and go to heaven.

I think it is compulsary and religious obligation for all of us to do Jihad for spreading the basic education and join hands with government for establishing the schools all over the Pakistan. So after 10 to 15 years the next generation can not be easily deceived by Mullah.

I see education is the only way out otherwise we shall witness more violence in the name of various sects.
