7 inches in 3 days! That’s more than the typical annual rainfall for Karachi.

If the weather patterns are truly changing, and this becomes the norm, a major infrastructure overhaul will be needed.

You guys are so stupid to upload these kind of pict. to show the world, I have seen so many trees uprooted after a storm last week, too much flooded parking lots and many roads flooded with water in US, but havent seen anybody showing the pict. to the world.
Comparatively we had more destruction but we should not forget that we are a developing nation with a geek govt. everytime.

2 men looked out of the prison bars.
One saw mud, and the other saw stars.

@Haseeb, “closing your eyes doesn’t solve the problem”

Who is asking you to close your eyes ? but to show these pict. to the world will solve your problems ?

We have so many problems but our approach to solve those problems are not good thats why we cant get rid of it.

@Hassan, mind your lang. and if you have courage then talk to me, rather then just bullshitting.

    Hello All,
I am in US and i visit karachimetroblog frequently to have a feel of my city again..( which i do get from this website of its kind) these pictures no doubt are horrifying but they do point to the problems and closing our eyes definitely wont solve them….pics like these bring awareness and desperation for change…………

Lets make it clear, I am against uploading these kind of pict. on public forums, Do you guys think that our govt. officials or the personnel responsible go through these kind of websstes ? noway. Why we are allowing others to laugh on us ?

I am not against showing them on local tv or newspapers.
