Loot thousand , you are in Jail – Loot billion , our president will absolve you from your sins

Our government wasted our millions to form NAB, play media circus on corruption when in the end it had to do give a guit-free-pass to the thieves. Why the nation was fooled with impressive speeches against politicians for 8 years when it had to hug them in the end. Alas, history would never witness such an unfortunate country with such hypocritical leadership. Thanks to Adnan for sharing this one form Daily Jang.

problems, problems, problems, & multiple problems heading our way, if this ordinance stays intact even after the presidential Selection is OVER.

It seems that the ordinance would be challanged in the Supreme court and……………!

    the Supreme court and……………!

“Gang of Six” will refute it. :-)

BTW, there is tension in areas like Nazimabad and Habib Bank. If anyone planning to go Nazimabad No.1 or 3 should get the updates from those areas first.

Initially i was thinking to keep it ” Loot thousand , you are in Jail – Loot billion , our president make your next PM of Pakistan”

Which one is better you think ?

Likely possibility is that an appeal against this ordinance will POP and supreme court may term that as Force Majeure or non-material and cancel it.

(please let me dream – do not take away my right of dreaming)

rest assured – BB will not be PM, – ! –

If at all this happens, I will treat FEW of you at place of your choice.

Why are we still dependent on pre-partition laws? How much of our laws were changed after the partition? any idea? I wonder whether we gotrid of 19th Century Police reforms laws or not?

P.S: If any Pakistani is willing to follow some role model in Politics, he should look towards Fazalur Rahman :-)

Ironically – we still follow Post & Telegrahy act of 1913

    Official secret act 1934

Well Adnan there was this PMO 2002 that was suppose to make the police humane but after that it has become a complete shit, courtesy our honest leadership. It had good features but how can it work with these fellows in power where SECTOR incharge decides the SSP name.

Many of the older laws do make sense and are very similar all over the world. In fact, we have a fairly good set of laws, believe it or not….now, laws related to governance are a different ball game. This includes the police related stuff, local government etc.

What makes us different then ? Only if the Army, in its unquenchable thirst for “national interests”, did only one thing…..supported the legal system and its supremacy.

Had that been done, no need for deals and convulted logic thrust upon the people.

All my friends here find her sexy.I dont know they see something in her that I dont :)

Jamal, what is your analysis about Ameen Faheem’s tenure? Will he be on PM’s post for a short duration while they remove the 3rd-time-PM hurdle for BB? And if he will be there for a longer term then why didn’t PPP accept that offer in 2002?

Sorry for being slightly offtopic but hey thats the tradition, isn’t it?

Let the elections ‘HAPPEN’ Makhdoom take the office, and then wait till March’ 2008.

why we all ignore the statments:

President, Prime Minister & Army Chief this troika is inevitable for good governance.

Does any WORD indicate in between any Islam or Moulana ??? :)

Moulanas have had enough of taste of Ruling, their days are OVER – their presence will be for Nuisance value only in the upcoming Regime of TROIKA :)

    Keep smiling,
