Violence persists!

News accounts pouring in, the first day of ‘normalcy’ we see another outbreak of violence.

1. Firing at Jodia Bazaar, area closed to traffic.
2. Firing at KPT Underpass, clifton.

Offices are being vacated and people are once again rushing home. Be safe karachi.

    tariq road has also been closed now.

    I saw a polic mobile running out os street in such a hurry that they wud kill some miscreants but who knows where they have gone

    My father just returned home. There has been firing on Khayaban e Shahbaz. Meezan bank there has been closed and the nearby shops as well. There is tension in gizri area as well.

    When will sanity prevail??!!

    It seems violence erupted due to a rumor that Farooq sattar has been killed.

    But he just appeared on TV and said its only a rumor just to create more chaos and violence.

    However this rumor is being used to close down shops and create a state of panic and chaos.

    Farooq sattar is alive and well, giving a TV conference.

    It was a rumour.

    im stuck in DHA. phase 4 @ my dentist gizri commercial lane9. went out but saw the chaos and was sent in by some guys. however i saw shutters being pulled down of meezan bank. mcb was open till then. im not sure if it still is.

    I can confirm that Khy Shahbaz is deserted and all buses plying on this route have disappeared. As I look out of my window, I see a lot of housemaids walking back to their homes.
