Karachi Drizzling

Whats up Karachi !!! It been in a long time in ages (heck I don’t even remember when) that it rained in Karachi in the winters. Its been drizzling all morning to the extent that a few roads were seen to have formed lakes that have started to hinder the normal flow of traffic. Luckily my drive to work on Shahrai-Faisal was incident free and the entire corridor seemed to be running smoothly. I hope that is the same situation across town, but whats up with Karachi, did it suddenly forget this is January and not July? Global Warming in Karachi ….. nah !!!! aren’t we already warm enough ;) [pun intended]

Hats off to the traffic police in full deployment braving the weather all around Karachi (at least on Shahrai-Faisal)

I rather not see this sight , the infrastructure of the city has been destroyed by MQM controlled government ….

any rain becomes a ZEHMAT rathre than a NAYMAT….

Most weather abnormalities are usually the cause of global warming, and when it comes to pollution, Karachi is pretty much a dystopia. Plus trees are being nuked in name of ‘development’.

isn’t it ironic that our honorable city nazim and his team studies the metropolitan system of london and everytime a little drizzle does what it does to karachi…aap mano ya na mano yeah Nizam-ay-Mustafa kay khilaaf sazish hai…allah sub dekh raha hai…..

@wasiq: oh come OONN! you seriously must be snuffing something to come up with that comment!
