Dr Awab Live on SAMAA

Dr Awab is currently live on Samaa TV in Faisal Qureshi’s “Ankahi” ( a ver good program for all especially youth). Topic for today’s discussion is Voice of Pakistan. The program will discuss issues currently we are facing in political context. It would be great if someone could record it since many (including myself) are not able to watch it. It would also be great to know the views exchanged in the program. The other guest would be Mina Kidwai. Here is one link to watch it live if you are in office and not able to watch in normal way.

    @ Judge:
By comparing his their future with that of Sheikh Amir, I presume what you are delivering here is a threat. May i inform you here that threat of physical abuse (or else) is an offense that comes under the Cyber Crime Bill 2008, could result in 500,000 fine and 10 years rigorous imprisonment.

So next time you have the urge to throw a physically threat at someone, pls remember all that is needed to get you from your house by the agencies is your IP address, that is already logged readily available from the admin of this site.

    * under section 193, 228 of Penal Code Pakistan 1960

By the way you have been called on all these shows not because of your father but of your own standing. Come out of the born prejudice which you got from your father and advocate for Karachi and Karachi’s mandate. We will always be supportive for that.

@rockfella25 – since when comparison a “physical threat”? Enlighten me; I don’t see a problem in judge’s post. You should start practicing now I think – copy/pasting sections won’t work mate.
@shoaib – pedophiles like SAH deserved much worse.

@ judge: if your parents had put you through proper schooling, you wouldn’t be selling pan and gutka on the streets today.
Ever heard of term called "mature conversation", i bet you have not, ’cause as i said, its all got to do with better schooling.
i look forward to more of your abuses, because in your case simply put, it’s not about what you say, its about where it comes from.

    judge judge judge

now the world know why you have been sacked, no matter what you say or whine about, blah blah blah, etc etc etc, am sure people have all the will and reason to forget you and move on, in the 1st place your appointment should have been questioned instead of your sacking created so much nuisance

i believe at the end of the day, it is the seed which matters most not the fruit- certainly you come from a background which for sure is not civilised.

    Shoaib (aka Faraz) says:

‘ … knew that Ameer Hamza is not so good person but he can also be invloved in these kinds activities, SHAME ON YOUR AMEER HAMZA, you are a black spot on’

Yes, shame on Ameer Hamza who maimed or killed Sh. Ahmer (gay and a violator of the law of the land). Ameer Hamza was only saving his izaat (skin and soul) from the fashion guru.

p.s. Hope I am not confused with the indicted Ameer Hamza!!!

  15. shoaib on September 27th, 2008 @ 3:33 am

    @ameerhamza
As long as you respect the mandate of Karachi and respect the feelings of the people of Karachi, i will call you Ameer Hamza, otherwise your short name will be in ready stock all the time. You must respect the feeling of the people and we will respect you. Thanks for understanding and sorry for the confusion with your name for the murderers of Sh. Amir.
By the way who is Faraz. I am confident of myself and dont use fake identities to spread non-sense and fake stuff. If you wanna meet me, feel free and we can have a nice cup of tea or coffee any where you want.

Doctor and Teeth Maestro are really both the same person. Secondly, this shows that if you have a known father or a political figure as your father, you’d given high priority on media even if you are a compelete idiot like TM himself :D

KARACHI: Two brothers were arrested Wednesday on charges of murdering designer Sheikh-Amer Hassan, who they alleged attempted to rape one of them.

Cell phone records helped the police trace Hassan’s last calls on Saturday, the night of his murder, leading to the arrests of 19-year-old Saad Awan and his 23-year-old brother Hamza Awan. Both young men are BCom students at a local college and are residents of PECHS. Station Investigation Officer (SIO) Aurangzaib Khan told Daily Times that the last number dialed on Hassan’s cell phone was Saad’s number.

Quoting Saad, SIO Khan said that he and Hassan met at a fashion show at FTC building in 2005; Hassan appreciated Saad’s skills and told him he was a “brilliant and talented boy” who he would “take ahead”. Saad told the police that he and his elder brother stayed in touch with Hassan via email and on the cell phone.

The night of the murder, Hassn phoned Saad with the news that he had found him a job as a personal assistant to a fashion designer friend. According to what Saad told the police, Hassan invited him to his flat to meet the friend, who was waiting.

Saad reached Hassan’s flat between 3:00 a.m. and 3:15 a.m. but found that Hassan was alone. He told the police that Hassan gave him juice to drink, which he says had some “drug” in it. Saad then told the police that Hassan tried to rape him. He fled from the scene and sought his brother’s help. The two returned to Hassan’s flat with their father’s shotgun. In order to convince Hassan to open the door, Saad told the police he sent a text message to him saying: “I am willing to do what you wanted.”

The two entered Hassan’s home and beat him up, said the SIO. “I think he died when we tied his neck with the wire,” said Saad in his statement to the police. Then they shot him.

Wouldnt it be better to have a father as a political figure to bring you in the media spotlight , rather than getting the media attention as mqm got on May 12 on live TV shooting innocent people and burning property and attacking media houses.
