The fountain is back!

The famous fountain that was stolen sometime ago is back in commission and was seen at its full glory tonight. Unfortunately I couldn’t take any pictures.

The question here is whether the authorities were able to recover the stolen parts of the fountain, or is it just another huge bill waiting to be settled?

I suspect that its the latter case. The government must have asked the contractors to re-install a new fountain.
Well, the reality will remain a mystery unless those account books are opened for public.

some of my pics at flickr are relevant to the Topic – nothing was stolen ever, – overloaded burned out pump units, control PLC units were replaced sure it was the Foreign currency element which delayed the procurement of parts. Nothing was stolen EVER, – Zardari is right Media is Biggest Terrorist, so are the Lawyers :) :)

Do not blame the new adminstration since: ‘Galay para dhole bajana hee parta hay.’

    @ musiddiqui

Did KPT buy the replacement parts or buy back the stolen parts at discount rates???

    @ Shamsi

For Zardari, a paragon of virtues, anybody who speaks the truth is a terrorist.

Sir, I will take your words for it. They may have done so since the company would have given them a commission on purchase of new parts whereas the thieves would have only offered them a discount on the purchase of stolen parts:-)
