    till last time i checked users used to cry while telling tales about there customer support services.

    i personnaly used cybernet DSL…and there services sucked but had a efficient support service…( i had used to call daily and they reactifvated my line in 5 mintues…:D:D:D

    I had a chance to use Multinet DSL service it was fantastic and support was also good but it is cost a bit higher .However the new packages from the ISP are quite attractive but if they need my attension . I need the one under Rs 500 and unlimited volume and no fair usage policy ;) Because the one i am using has every thing what i have mentioned . It’s a local area network

    last year when I had some trouble with the connection…I used the Ptcl’s free dial up connection….it was faster than other dial up….I haven’t tried the broadband yet…but iam interested in the smart tv package…I donot doubt their support service….as I see a line man hanging on the pole everyday….the only problem is the list of channels…they donot match my requirements.

    by that standard…i guess talibans have the most efficient services, as they have the higest average hanging by the pole persons per square meter

    I have been using PTCL broadband for last two months. Uptill now I have not got any problem. I pray not to get any problem in future as well.

    I have heard a lot about their poor customer service but to my surprise I got the connection on the same day I applied. May be they are all sitting free with no connection orders. ;)

    Problem is not the connection or tariff. But who will waste the time after few months to exchange in order to restore the connection ? Atleast i don’t have much time. PTCL management wasting the Govt. Investment and millions of dollars of taxes by not providing quality of service and support to the customer. I have suffered a lot in past by similiar situation, both the employees of PTCL and KESC are responsible for company crisis. Because they are not doing their job sincerely.
