Illegal and Inconsiderate Construction

Road_bkmbFirst of all the owners of house that is being constructed decided to illegally extend not just a sunshade (like even that is legally allowed) but the whole upper story of the house beyond the land area allotted to them.

Secondly during the construction this road remained closed for the whole two days, causing difficulties for the area residents and passers by. This closure of the road could have easily been avoided if the owner would have had the slights sense of responsibility and consideration for others.

ZARDARi jo kerta hai us hisaab se toh ye kuch nai

On serious note, its bad that constructions dont seem to stay in their limits and thats why this city is screwed up badly and looks like a huge slum except few areas :(

    @ MB

Guess biggest culprit is every govt, who regularise and give legal cover to every irreglualrity.

Biggest crimnalaty is, when they eat up parking space from every shoping plaza and make shops on ground and basement orignaly meanth for parking

But you need to understand why people do this?
    Following article should explain that.

    @ asifbiz

Plz post some relevant articles or not at all.

The whole articlewritten was a generalised, with populist tone and an escapist mind set. Made into bikini style ( showing a lot, but hiding the real stuff that is all wanting to see)

What the real probelm is…why the fu*# they eat up, or don’t leave parking spaces.

If building 10 stories, build 1-2 for parkinng…its not rocket science or KBCA, grow up, its US we r talking bout.

A family living in a 1000 sq ft house, with 3-4 memebrs still find it obligatory to eat up land for lawn, and encroach there ramp as much on road as they can.

So much for the "greeb bechara" crap.

Yeh sari harami qoum hai hi jahil….let the drones come is dozens

    Haai’n, ban uTh gayaa.
Yeh koee meray naal makhole kar raa see…..her do/teen din baad assee ko ban kar daitaa see. KMB nai’n huaa see, miraasi blog ho gayaa see.

btw, I have always thought these high rise ramps emitting out of houses on Karachi’s streets as brain retarded. oonchi ramp banaani hae, apnay ghar kay ander say shroo karo – chayvaos.

I think this is not only being practiced in KHI but all over the country….Fasee is correct in saying that the controlling authority which is KBCA is responsible for this…as far as ameer gharib is concerned both are equally responsible for abiding by the law.

" showing a lot, but hiding the real stuff that is all wanting to see"

Please count me out from the ‘all’. The only thing right now I want to see is a good doctor. And don’t tell me a ‘good doctor’ is an oxymoron or somehing like that.

"why the fu*# they eat up"

I turn my back for a day or so and you start swearig like Balma. Come on jaldi say kulli karo.

    " ban uTh gayaa."
Watch your steps. Jo ban utha saktay hain woh ban pher say laga bhee saktay hain. And remember ban by KMB Auditors does not fall within the purview of NRO.

By the way I reckon ‘illegal construction’ is so wide spread like corruption that it should be legalized under the provisions of NRO. When you can’t beat them protect them.

whichever ministry or gov. department takes care of these developments, is currupted, then what you expect. I have seen bldgs being built, with no proper parking spaces, leaks, cracks etc….

On individual level, i think we have a great deficit of civic sense…we do things which make our city look like crap, unorgnize, polluted, dirty, smelly, stinky….haha i am looking for more words…

ladies and gentleman…..dear concerned citizens of karachi….there is a very good news on the international political scene……that could change the future of karachi….Russia has allowed the passage of US military shipments to afghanistan through its territory….meaning karachi is free.(no more free flowing $ sorry!)
As far as the illegal constructions is concerned….Iam sure everybody will agree that the present city gov has used its might and machines to bulldoze the very old on the main roads….these small pockets resistance I believe are nothing as compared to them…and I am sure will be taken care off in a matter of days after the huge maga projects are completed…
lack of education is the main cause of this unruly behavior of the construction mafia…..

yeahi hai aazmana toh satana kis ko kehtey hain….
