Parking fee for 3 hours is 20 Rs after that it will cost you 5 Rs per hour.

    any information if they operate shuttle to the streets in “NO parking” zone. I see same mess up in bohri bazar, zaibunnisa street and regal which comes under 9 zones of NO PARKING. Tulloon ke chandi !

    The whole Saddar Area has been transformed in a little span of time. And after the completion of second Parking Plaza at Shahab uddin Market behind Empress Market; this area would look even better. Hope that current local body system prevails. The CDGK has planned to remove all encroachments from the front side of Empress Market and restore to its original plan. But there is heavy pressure from an ethnic party (you may witness red flags all across saddar area), which is behind all wrong doings in Karachi…. is engaging the City Government in court cases…which is delaying the work on the project. Good news is that MK has imposed Section 144 on parking of vehicles on Mansfield Street (section from Sarwar Shaheed Road to Price Street), Mir Karam Ali Talpur Road (Sarwar Shaheed Road to Preedy Street), Dr Daud Pota Road (Sarwar Shaheed Road to Price Street), Abdullah Haroon Road (Sarwar Shaheed Road to Sagheer Shaheed Road), Zaib-un-Nisa Street (Sarwar Shaheed Road to Preedy Street), Agha Khan-III Road (MA Jinnah Road to Preedy Street), Raja Ghazanfar Ali Road (Preedy Street to Sarwar Shaheed Road), Shahrah-e-Iraq and Preedy Street.

    I think u wanna put Karachi back to 92 where ppl like u make life of Karachi full of tension ppl like u had play with Karachi with Pakistan. Mr. Imitiaz who is x army man he is accepted that government of that time made plan to kill innocent ppl in karachi

    Karachi. Aug 25: A group of encroachers on Tuesday opened fire on City Wardens and injured 6 officials while they were on their duty for traffic management at the newly constructed Preedy Street.

    The incident suspended traffic at the Preedy Street and adjoining roads in Saddar, however, DCO Karachi Javed Hanif Khan promptly reached at the spot and controlled the situation after which traffic got restored in Saddar area.

    According to details Saddar Town administration was removing roadside encroachments including hand trolleys and pathareys at Preedy Street to clear the way for traffic when the encroachers started firing on city wardens and injured 6 of them. The injured wardens were taken to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital for first aid.     I just read on the http://www.dawn.com that people of Karachi are not utilizing this fantastic parking service, there are only a few people parking their cars in this parking plaza. Any idea why that would be?
