what exactly does “Highly Qualified Experience” means ?
you will find another similarly odd advertisement i previously came across here where the teacher seems to be saying that if you want to score maximum in math you will have to study the Mathematics of all the grades from IX to XII and also that of O and A levels ..
what’s more sad is that even after reading this we still trust these people to actually educate our children.
They have perhaps missed out a comma after the word ‘qualified’ and letter ‘d’ at the end of word ‘experience’.
However, there is no excuse for ‘ New classes STARTS now ‘
I also feel it should be committed ‘ to and not for .
Anyway being an Urdu Medium myself I would not bet on this.

Sir before you are quick to criticize others, you should probably check your own grammar. The object of your sentence is singular, yet you use a plural modifier. It should not be “means” but “what exactly does “highly qualified experience” mean ?”

The advertizement being referred to is absolutely proper in Desi English that most people speak in Pakistan and India.
Come to think of it, even Jamash’s i.e. Aashiqain ie two aashiqs ie. double aashiq’s subject line “tuition Advertising that fails’ is also probably not proper. In my humble opinion, it should have been ‘advertisement’
